Villa Elena

This beautiful villa is situated on the seafront in the heart of the Costa Blanca, one of the most ecological and picturesque escapes in Spain, only three kilometres from the elegant coastal town of Moraira.

The villa is built in a Mediterranean style with natural finish materials of the highest quality.

We come to the plot through large automatic doors and drive to the main gate.

Today, the villa has three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The number of bedrooms can be increased to 5, taking into account the wishes of the future owner.

The spacious living room is divided into several areas, which will allow even a large company to feel comfortable.

A large multi-functional kitchen, equipped with all appliances, will satisfy the needs of the most demanding hostess.

Through the panoramic sliding windows of the living room we access the main terrace to the overflow pool.

On the lower level there is also a large master bedroom with panoramic sea views with its own bathroom and dressing room, with access to the pool terrace.

The entire floor of the villa as well as the walls of the bathrooms are made of white marble, adding a touch of style and the elegance of the villa.

From the entrance, with ceilings over 5 meters high, we go up to the first floor, where there are two more rooms, very spacious, each with its own large bathroom.

Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace with fantastic panoramic views.

The comfortable microclimate in the villa is provided by hot and cold air conditioning as well as gas heating radiators.

From the main terrace we go down an elegant natural stone staircase to the garden area, where there is a sauna with a wood cooker, and also a summer kitchen with a barbecue area.

The villa has many secluded corners, which create a unique atmosphere of privacy and tranquility.

Walkers will appreciate the presence of a path that runs along the sea and connects all the coastal towns. The landscape that opens up during these walks has inspired great artists and poets for centuries.

One of the most popular restaurants on the coast, La Paiotte, is located 100 metres from the village.
It is a chillaut type restaurant that also has its own style flats for rent, which may be of interest to some of its guests to make them feel more independent.
